The Forearm Drop (ネックフラクチャー, Forearm Drop^?) is a front throw performed by Lee Chaolan from the PlayStation version of the first Tekken game onwards. Despite the name, it is actually a neckbreaker move, alternating from a falling neckbreaker from the first Tekken game to Tekken Tag Tournament, then to a swinging one since Tekken 4.

Up to Tekken Tag Tournament, the throw leaves Lee in a Play Dead position, but starting with Tekken 4, he automatically stands up after performing the throw.

In the arcade version of Tekken, Lee did not have this move, he had Marshall Law's Run Up to Drop instead.
