Inverse Deva Laser is a move used by Reina in Tekken 8.

Since its introduction, the second hit will trigger a Tornado and automatically transitions to Heaven's Wrath.

Description

From Sentai, Reina performs an overhead strike with her left hand then hits the opponent in the face with a right palm, throwing them onto their back. After the attack, Reina spins in the opposite direction and enters Heaven's Wrath.
