Running Cross Arm is a generic running attack available to almost all characters since the first Tekken game. It can only be performed while running 3 or more steps.
In Tekken 2, Devil and Angel must use f+1+2 otherwise an Inferno will be performed. Devil and Angel cannot perform a Running Cross Arm in Tekken Tag Tournament.
In Tekken 3, Doctor Bosconovitch can only perform this move during a combo, as he cannot run in normal circumstances. While Bosconovitch's variation is a mid attack and intended to be -31 on block, the move cannot be blocked as the previous move causes a hit stun. Gon and the Tekken Force soldiers cannot perform this move.
In Tekken Tag Tournament, it can also be performed with f,f,N,1+2 while tagging in, with the exception of Kazuya, Devil and Angel.
If the move connects on a counter hit, the opponent will be sent rolling away. It can also hit downed opponents.
