Thunder Fall Kick is a move used by Jun Kazama since Tekken 2 and Asuka Kazama since Tekken 5. In the Tekken 2 command list, it is called the Scissor Spin Kick.
In Tekken Tag Tournament 2, Jun retains the move, but only as part of several strings, while the Thunder Fall Kick's original command was given to the Saiuntsui instead. In Tekken 8, Jin is also able to use this attack when he reverts back to Kazama-style Self Defense during the Story Mode.
Description
The user performs an aerial cartwheel kick, hitting the opponent with both legs. This move can also hit opponents that are on the ground.
The Thunder Fall Kick also serves as the last two hits of Jun's 10 Hit Combo, where it deals significantly more damage compared to the standalone version.
This move is also the final hit of Leg Cutter Thunder Fall Kick.
In Tekken 8, it was renamed as Ryuuntsui and Jun was given a new string move called Ryuuntsui-Misogi.
In Street Fighter X Tekken Asuka's version of the move was slower to execute, and the move itself is part of her Super Art, "Kishin Enbu".
In Tekken: Bloodline, the attack is used by Jun where the first hit is only meant to throw the opponent off and into the second hit. When Jin reverts back to his Kazama-style Self-defense, he is also able to use the attack.
