Phoenix Gate is a DLC stage in Tekken 8. It is the home stage of the guest character Clive Rosfield.
Description
A signature location from the Final Fantasy series, Phoenix Gate is the site of tragic events that greatly altered the destiny of Clive Rosfield.[1]

- Phoenix Gate is the first stage in the series which has a special animation before the fight starts which does not include either character fighting on said stage and is not triggered by match point or certain conditions being met. This animation also overrides the characters' intros.
- This animation will not occur in Practice Mode, nor will it occur on rematch in Online Modes.
- The Wall Bound in this stage also has a special animation before the opponent bounces to the other side.
- The Floor Blast on this stage is only active after the stage transitions to the second area. This transition will occur at match point, or after a round wherein the Wall Bound was triggered.
- This stage is currently the only stage that will change the background music to the Climax version when Restart Position is set to "stage gimmick" while in Practice Mode.
